Frequently asked questions

Can I switch between plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade anytime from your dashboard — changes take effect immediately and Stripe prorates the charge. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period, so you keep the higher plan until then.

What happens if I hit a plan limit?

You'll see an in-app prompt to upgrade when you try to exceed a limit (for example, creating a second project on Free). Existing projects and install templates keep working — you just can't add more until you upgrade.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing saves you two months (you pay 10 months up front instead of 12). Toggle to Annual above to see the discounted price.

How does the free plan work?

Free accounts get 1 project and 2 install templates per project, hosted share links, and basic analytics. No credit card required — sign up and start building install templates immediately.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancelling from your dashboard schedules the subscription to end at your current period's end. You keep full access until then, and your data stays intact when you revert to Free.

Is there a free trial on paid plans?

The Free plan is always available and doesn't expire, so you can try Inboard end-to-end before upgrading. Reach out at support@inboard.dev if you need an extended trial for evaluation.
