FAQ

What analytics founders ask before they ship Inboard.

Can you verify my script actually fired, not just loaded?

Yes. Inboard's verification is HTTP-level on every paid plan: we confirm the script loaded with the correct tag and emitted its first event. "It loaded" and "it works" are different questions and we answer both.

What about SPAs and client-side routing?

The widget verifies the script element is present. Event-firing verification is available via a callback hook — your app pings Inboard when it sees a valid event, we mark that install verified.

GDPR / cookie banners?

Inboard doesn't set cookies. Our widget runs on your domain, in a Shadow DOM, and doesn't phone home beyond what you configure. Your analytics tool's compliance is your own; we don't add to it.
